As an onboarding leader with over 25 years of experience in the industry, I am excited to be supporting advisors as they transition to &Partners. My goal is to create a highly responsive team that follows a robust and disciplined process. I know from experience that smooth and seamless transitions are born from preparation, discipline and accountability — and those are exactly the priorities I emphasize within my group. I am proud to be at &Partners and to be a part of a firm that appreciates the value of advice and planning. I am here because for me advisors and their clients always come first. Prior to joining &Partners, I held various leadership roles at Wells Fargo Advisors, where I was responsible for developing programs and processes to successfully recruit and transition over 5,000 financial advisors.
