Client Service Associate

The Client Service Associate plays a crucial role in the client experience by delivering elevated standards of client care. They are highly motivated, organized, and committed individuals with strong initiative and excellent communication skills. They are responsible for understanding policies, procedures, and capabilities to provide comprehensive service to clients.

Practice Solutions Partner

The Practice Solutions Partner is essential in supporting financial advisors as they transition and establish their practices within our firm. They are the go-to resource and help manage inquiries that span from quick questions to more complex, long-term projects. They play a crucial role in problem-solving and ensuring that advisors receive the highest level of service as they grow their businesses. They are able to problem solve and deliver exceptional service to our advisor practices. Requires Series 7 license or willingness to pursue licensing.

Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist thrives in a face-paced environment, is detail-oriented and enjoys problem-solving and achieving excellence in their work. The role is client facing and will work closely with our leaders to provide specialized support across our operational functions, including: asset movement, document processing, account maintenance, account transfers, advisory services, estates, annuities, margin, and alternative investments. Prefer experience in annuities, advisory services or back-office operations.

Client Service Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:Collaboration with Financial Advisors

Working directly alongside the Financial Advisors in developing business plans and implementing a client service model.
Assist the Financial Advisor in managing their business by initiating the onboarding process for new clients, preparing and handling account-specific and investment-related documentation, facilitating secure transactions of funds and securities, and maintaining up-to-date and accurate client records.
Performing administrative duties that support the financial advisors in daily business practices, including but not limited to telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, coordination of client meetings, prepare travel & expense reports, and file & calendar maintenance

Client Support:

Foster and improve client relationships through active communication, addressing client inquiries, and guiding through the firm’s offerings
Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships by promptly addressing client inquiries and anticipating their needs.
Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts
Authenticate clients during transaction processing to ensure proper authorization
Onboard and maintain client accounts
Assist with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
Take appropriate action on client account alerts, and keep management systems up to date with client information
Demonstrate an understanding industry regulation, actively identifying and escalating any issues that demand heightened attention, such as suspicious activities, customer complaints, trading errors, or violations of regulations and policies.

Candidate Preferences:

2+ years of Financial/Securities industry experience preferred
Knowledge of the financial markets including the analysis and reporting of financial data, and associated terminology.
General understanding of securities regulations and principals.
Strong demonstrated focus on providing exemplary client service; excellent intra-personal skills and proficiencies with written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills required
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
