At &Partners, I’m responsible for driving firm growth, shaping strategic direction, and leading the development and support of advisor teams.

I have over 20 years of experience in financial services. I started my career as a financial advisor at Edward Jones. My team there built a high-performing practice, and I was able to advance through leadership roles, ultimately becoming a general partner.

I joined &Partners in 2023 and am deeply committed to helping teams build a platform that aligns with their purpose and grounds client experiences in trust, alignment, and long-term partnership.
