At &Partners, I guide recruitment and onboarding of large advisory teams, helping them navigate complex transitions with clarity, confidence, and long-term vision. I bring strategic insight, operational expertise, and a relationship-driven leadership style to the firm.

I joined &Partners because I saw a rare opportunity: a firm built on integrity, partnership, and a modern approach to advisor support. This aligned perfectly with my belief that advisors deserve a place where they can grow and serve clients without compromise.

With more than 20 years of experience across financial services, consulting, and executive leadership, I have a deep appreciation for the value financial advisors bring to their clients.

Before joining &Partners, I served as divisional business manager for Wells Fargo Advisors’ Southeast Division, partnering with the divisional president to lead advisors, managers, and market leaders across the region. In that role, I helped shape growth and strategy, and supported advisor recruiting, compensation, teaming structures, succession planning, and retirement transitions.

Earlier in my career, I spent many years consulting with advisors and their clients, becoming a trusted partner on tailored lending and banking strategies.
