I started my career as a financial advisor and spent 20 years as a top producer before transitioning into a leadership role. My experience has taught me that building a high-performance organization is about creating the right environment and recruiting the right people. You cannot achieve excellence with mediocre performers. I recruit and support some of the best advisors because I know how important the advisor is to helping clients change their lives for the better. Prior to joining &Partners, I spent 18 years with Merrill Lynch as one of their top advisors in the country. I moved into leadership at Prudential in 2002 and later held various leadership positions at Wells Fargo Advisors, including as a regional president and a senior managing director. I’m excited to be at &Partners and to be a part of building a high-performing firm for the future.
