I focus on financial operations and regulatory compliance — a function that is critical to the running of any broker-dealer. I believe that financial strength and durability are fundamental to the long-term success of &Partners and my job is to ensure that we have the necessary capital and reporting capabilities to support our growth aspirations. Previously, I served in various finance and accounting roles at Wells Fargo and Deloitte. My 10-year tenure at Wells Fargo Advisors, alongside my 10 years in public accounting with Deloitte, taught me the value of detail and accuracy. I have been part of teams auditing Fortune 500 companies, served as a group controller and I have also managed the broker-dealer reporting function at a large wire house in the United States. I understand the criticality of designing strong financial controls — our advisors can literally count on me.
